| Job Description: | To assist in providing support to enable young Jewish adults with learning difficulties to determine and maintain a lifestyle of their own choosing which affords dignity, fulfilment and individual status and which maximises their potential for independence in the wider community. To comply with and uphold Langdon Community's Mission Statement and Aims & Objectives. A few main tasks: 1 To assist in the provision of social, health, and personal care to Service Users. 2 To have regard to all aspects of health & safety and to maintain sound working practices to ensure the welfare, safety and protection of the Service Users within their own home. 3 To assist in supporting the Service Users in designing and developing their individual support/care plans commensurate of their needs and their chosen lifestyle. 4 To contribute to the monitoring of Service Users progress, assessment and maintain records. |
