To assist in providing support to enable young Jewish adults with learning difficulties to determine and maintain a lifestyle of their own choosing which affords dignity, fulfilment and individual status and which maximises their potential for independence in the wider community.

A few main tasks:

1 To assist in the provision of social, health, and personal care to Service Users.

2 To have regard to all aspects of health & safety and to maintain sound working practices to ensure the welfare, safety and protection of the Service Users within their own home.

3 To assist in supporting the Service Users in designing and developing their individual support/care plans commensurate of their needs and their chosen lifestyle.

4 To contribute to the monitoring of Service Users progress, assessment and maintain records.
