During the recent Langdon holiday to Israel Stuart Rotherham took the opportunity to take some of our People to visit one of the UK’s leading training providers A4e at their Jerusalem office (Amin) to see how they help people into employment there. The Langdon visitors were shown around their offices by A4e International Development Manager Justine Zwerling. At the office A4e staff were delivering training to unemployed people to help them find work.

The intention of the short visit was to establish a relationship between Langdon Community & A4e (UK) to enable A4e to deliver employment training & support through ‘Pathways to Work’ to Langdon People who may need further assistance with confidence & motivation in their search for employment & to access some of A4e’s employer contacts.

A4e (Amin) provided soft drinks & a welcome selection of local pastries which were gratefully devoured before showing our party around their busy offices. Photo’s were taken with Staff & Management from A4e (Amin) & then our party left to continue their day enjoying the spectacular sights of Jerusalem.

After the visit Stuart Rotherham stated, “A4e have an excellent reputation for this essential training to enable people into the workplace”. “On my return to the UK we want to develop this relationship so that the Langdon People who need this extra support can benefit from this training opportunity”.
