As part of our International Exchange Programme we have been able to establish a partner arrangement with TILL and their Ambassador Program.  TILL is an innovative organisation that is committed "to supporting people with learning difficulties/disabilities to have equality of life opportunities" and are therefore very similar to Langdon in their ethos and work.

This is a month long work exchange programme for the whole of March.  Two of our Langdon employees; Alison Hodkinson, Employment Co-ordinator and Selena Davidson, Supported Living Support Worker, are visiting and working at programmes in the Greater Boston area of Massachusetts exchanging roles with two employees from TILL who are spending two weeks in Manchester and two weeks in London sharing information about services both in England and the United States. 

Alison and Selena have been treated "like royalty" in Boston.  Everyone they have met has been very kind and helpful to them, which is more than can be said for the weather!  Alison reports that it is cold but sunny with loads and loads of snow!

Friday 7th March off to the main TILL office in Denham via public transport and sitting in on a family rehab meeting.  Over weekend relaxing going ice skating on Frog Pond, Boston Common downtown Boston!
