Senior Support Worker

Dave came to Langdon in 2002 as a volunteer, taking a full-time position. A couple of months later, he attained his NVQ Level 3 over the following 10 months and applied for a senior position. He ran the first Langdon supported living house with Kath Jones. He later ran Pears House for a couple of years, before taking his current position as Senior Support Worker over St Pauls and the Crescents, this is a more outreach type of position offering support to 10 people in their own accomadation.
