Phillip Vaughan

Director of Operations

Phillip has spent most of his career working in residential social care for young adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and mental health support needs. Phillip managed services for adults with learning disabilities/difficulties, in Boston, Massachusetts. On returning to the UK, he worked for a Domiciliary Home Care Provider managing statutory contracts across London. Following further spell in the US he returned to the UK again and coordinated a supported living service for people with learning disabilities/difficulties. Prior to joining Langdon he was a regional manager at the RNIB, and Special Projects and Performance Manager for the care home provision of a large national housing association. Phillip is qualified as a Licensed Social Worker in the USA and plans to complete Masters Degree in Learning Disabilities and Mental Health.
