Lynn is 41 years old and has approximately 20 years experience in this field.

Having been born and raised in Glasgow she moved to the Highlands where she lived for many years until she moved to London.

She holds an HCHS and Mental Health Training level 1. She has worked in various sectors of the care industry including Registered Home Management, Service Manager [day services], Forensic Psychiatric Aftercare and most recently worked for a large company providing care in the community, similar to that of Langdon, where she oversaw 7 projects in the Wembley and Westminster area before joining the Langdon Community.
