Service Manager Quality & Performance Review

Michelle has been working at Langdon since January 2005 as Quality Performance Review Service Manager based in Manchester. Michelle previously worked for Wigan Social Services for 20 years within the Social Care Field. She has experience in both Day Care Services and Residential/Supported Living Services.
Michelle holds the D32/D33 NVQ Assessor and the D34 Internal Verifier. She also holds the NVQ 4 in Care, the Registered Managers Award and the N.E.B.B.S Supervisory Management qualification.
