Stuart qualified with the Certificate in Person Centred Counselling before going to work for New Deal as a Mentor aimed at enabling long term unemployed back into the workplace. Then moving to work for Action for Employment for 2 years before joining Langdon Community in July 2007. As a New Deal for Disabled People Job Broker Stuart supported people with disabilities into employment. Stuart has a BTec level 3 in Dyslexia Awareness & Screening. In addition Stuart has a wide range of training in Child Protection, First Aid, Diversity & Inclusion, Management & Assertiveness, as well as passing all 3 Food Hygiene Exams.
